Caregivorg
Terms of Use
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Caregivorg, including the mobile app, website, care coordination features, reminders, documents, reports, subscriptions, and AI care brief features.
By using Caregivorg, you agree to these Terms and to the Caregivorg Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Scope
Caregivorg helps families and trusted helpers coordinate care information, including medications, tasks, visits, notes, documents, vitals, family messages, reminders, and care summaries. Caregivorg is intended for organization, communication, and record keeping.
Not Medical Advice
Caregivorg is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or medication change instructions. Caregivorg does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, emergency service, or other qualified healthcare professional. Always seek professional medical advice for medical decisions.
Emergencies
Do not rely on Caregivorg for emergencies. If you believe someone may need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services immediately.
Accounts and Care Information
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of information you enter into Caregivorg. If you add or manage information about another person, you are responsible for having the appropriate permission or authority to do so.
Shared Care Plans
Caregivorg allows owners to invite trusted people into shared care plans. Invited members may see or change information in the shared plan according to the permissions available in the app. Owners are responsible for reviewing access and removing members when access is no longer appropriate.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and the subscription details shown at the time of purchase. Caregivorg does not receive or store full payment card details.
AI Care Briefs
AI care briefs are informational summaries generated from care information in the account. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a human caregiver. Medication-related AI output should be treated as a prompt for discussion with a doctor or pharmacist, not as an instruction to start, stop, combine, or change medications.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Caregivorg to:
- Break the law or violate another person's privacy or rights.
- Access, alter, or disclose information without permission.
- Upload harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to bypass subscriptions, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Interfere with the service, infrastructure, or other users.
Availability and Changes
Caregivorg may change, suspend, or discontinue features, or update these Terms, as the product and legal requirements evolve. Caregivorg will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Termination
You may stop using Caregivorg at any time and may request account deletion in the app. Caregivorg may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance, or if these Terms are violated.
Disclaimers and Liability
Caregivorg is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caregivorg disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Caregivorg is not liable for medical decisions, emergency outcomes, or care actions taken by users or third parties.
